~Vinyasa Flow class:  You'll flow from one pose to the next in order to gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between movement and breath. Our Vinyasa yoga takes you to a deeper level by integrating rhythmic breathing with the asanas. Inversions are includedin the level 2 classes.

~Restorative Yoga: An excellent way to balance out the stress of modern life, release & restore. Classes benefit students of every level. This class includes breath work, gentle movements, deep stretching, and restorative postures. When you feel the need to recharge and rejuvenate yourself, this class will provide a soothing time out. Props are used to enable a longer respite in certain poses and a deeper release. Leave with a calmer nervous system and a spaciousness throughout the body/mind. Also, an excellent choice for seniors, students suffering from chronic illnesses or injuries, and those newer to yoga.

~Beginners Yoga: Beginner poses are designed to built strength, flexibility and endurance. Building a strong foundation and modifications are introduced to help support the level of your practice. Breath and movement are linked to a moving meditation. Variations are added throughout the sequencing of poses to challenge each student. You learn to listen to your body, take a resting pose as needed.

~Gentle Yoga: Is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

~Community Class: During the winter month we will teach a donation-based class at Spiritual Flow Yoga Studio. These community yoga classes are a way for us to give back to people in need. Each instructor will teach her unique yoga style, and donations will go to the organization of her choice.

~Yin Yoga: The yin practice, rooted in the Taoist yoga tradition, is slower paced and postures are held longer. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues helping to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
