Who

Susan Kratzer is the founder of Moving Well Yoga and a certified yoga teacher specializing in Women's Wellness. She is an E-500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and the first yoga teacher in Virginia certified to teach Pelvic Floor Yoga®.

Susan's passion is empowering women to listen to their body’s wisdom and take action. She is committed to educating women about the importance of holistic pelvic health; connecting women to resources; building safe, sacred spaces for women to share their stories; and helping women reclaim their strength from the inside out.
